B.A. (Politics), 1996 The Catholic University of America; J.D. 2002, The Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America, where he was a member of the Journal of Contemporary Health and Law and Public Policy from 2000 -2001, and served as  a Note & Comment Editor, 2001-2002.  Admitted to the Bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining the Hudgins Law Firm, Mr. Rezendes was most recently an associate at the law firm of Budow and Noble, P.C. in Bethesda, Maryland, where he focused his practice on civil litigation, including automobile liability, general liability, first-party and third-party insurance defense, insurance coverage, premises liability and subrogation.  Mr. Rezendes has extensive experience in automobile tort cases and the defense of personal injury claims.
